Well Still Hovering around 259 for a couple weeks now...what the heck?
So, I decided that I would do a mostly liquid diet, high in protein. It consisted of the following, and really I wasn't all that hungry:
Tea
Protein Water
Cottage Cheese 1/2
3 oz of chicken
Veggies
Fat (small amnt)
Protein Water
Cottage cheese 1 cp
Protein Water
Protein Shake (8oz of milk, 1 pckt of Carnation brkfst, 3/4 scoop of Whey Protein)
Protein water
And through all that at least 6 glasses of regular water.
I peed like a race horse today but I am hoping for some results tomorrow. This seems to be the best idea. I think I may make this a weekly thing if I am not getting results. I did join WW and am going to meetings. I also just ordered "Turbo Jam" and will start working out at home more, where really is the only time I have time, maybe the kids will do it w/ me. I will post if I had lost something anything...at this point. I am believing. Plus I really do want to start getting back in shape. So, between walk away the pounds and turbo jam, and going to curves a couple times a wk, this should all help. I have to say, I wrote down where I want to be each wk, and at this point I am only 2 lbs off from my goal at present moment. But something has to change before thursday or I will be 4-5 lbs behind. Hopefully, I can drop about 5 lbs this week, and get caught up, and all will be good in Holly's World ;)
