Stop Eating the Christmas Cookies
Today I did MUCH better, I had one today. My menu for the day is as follows:
Breakfast: 2 eggs with a small piece of bacon (5)
Lunch: 1/2 cp cottage cheese and 1/2 cp of applesauce, and 3 oz of chicken (8)
Dinner: Wendy's Chili and Bake potato (8)
After dinner: 2 soft tacos (8) = 29pts total
I know I need a fill, and I have a feeling that will help a great deal, so i can start loosing this weight. I think I am getting a bit impatient, as I am nearly 5 wks out!!! But I have to wait until Jan. 11, when my surgeon is back in from the holidays.
